HIGH INTENSITY TRAINING WITH A PILATES FOCUS

Small group or 1:1 sessions

Kay offers personal training and runs HIIT classes. Sessions can be tailored to suit but usually includes a combination of body weight exercises, Kettle bells, boxing, abs and mobility stretches. Sessions are based around the core elements in Pilates therefore ensuring a safe work out environment and plenty of fun to get your sweat on with.
