All retreats have a different theme usually seasonal or in accordance with the time of year.

MINI RETREATS

Kay runs regular half-day retreats with Olivia Shone who runs Meaningful mindfulness. Designed for people with busy schedules to have a time-out to relax, refreshed and to leave you feeling full of life.
